• Lead creative development of high‑end residential projects, producing original concepts while working closely with the Principal.
• Manage client presentations, communications, and relationships professionally.
• Develop comprehensive design schemes, furniture plans, finish schedules and lighting plans.
• Sourcing of luxury furniture, fabrics, finishes, art, and accessories.
• Prepare and oversee client presentations, including mood boards, drawings, and sample boards.
• Liaise with artisans and workrooms.
• Create, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and critical path schedules while troubleshooting issues.
• Manage relationships with contractors, architects, artisans, vendors, and trades.
• Manage project financials, including billing, change orders, and client invoices.
• Coordinate project installations.
• Collaborate effectively with Principal, design team, and support staff; delegate tasks and provide clear direction to junior designers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field, and a minimum 5‑10 years of progressive experience in high‑end residential interior decorating firm.
• Mastery of design software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite).
• PROFICIENCY IN DESIGN MANAGEMENT OR SIMILAR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury furniture brands, antiques, fabrics, finishes, etc.
• Impeccable taste and refined design sensibility.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and client‑relation skills.
• Superior organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a calm, authoritative demeanor.
