Location: New York
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of architectural projects
- Oversee design development, construction documentation, permitting, and coordination with consultants
- Manage project schedules, client communication, and internal workflows
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure design integrity and code compliance
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members
- Coordinate with consultants, including structural, MEP, lighting, acoustic, and expediting teams
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership to execute design strategies
- 3-8+ years of experience in an architectural office, with a strong focus on NYC-based projects
- Demonstrated experience managing mid-to-large scale projects from schematic design through construction
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of Code, Zoning Resolution, ADA standards, and energy codes
- Familiarity with NYC DOB procedures, including DOB NOW filings
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required;
Master's degree preferred - Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
