Junior Architectural Designer, Ground up - New York Office

Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners LLP is an award‑winning architecture and urban design firm committed to design excellence. Founded in 1968, we have offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., Miami, and Boston. Our New York office is currently seeking a talented, creative and motivated designer to work on complex projects, including residential, commercial, mixed‑use developments, and master plans.

• 1‑2+ years of professional experience in architecture (full‑time)
• Strong graphics, design, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Excellent skills in 3D modeling (Rhino) and rendering (Enscape, V‑ray).
• Outstanding graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction clearly and effectively.
• Collaborative and professional work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent problem solver with good listening skills and strong follow‑through.
• Experience with multi‑family, commercial, or mixed‑use building design preferred.

BBB offers fair and equitable pay. The base salary range for this role is $65,000–$70,000, depending on experience, education, achievements, and business needs. Employees may also receive an annual performance‑based bonus and salary increase.
