About The Role

’re hiring exceptional Product Managers to help build Translucent — the AI financial platform transforming how healthcare makes critical business decisions. You’ll work directly with our customers (e.g. health systems and medical groups) to understand their workflows, uncover pain points, and translate messy operational and financial complexity into simple, powerful product experiences. You’ll partner closely with engineering to ship AI‑driven features and new product lines that materially change how financial decisions get made in healthcare.

This is a high‑ownership, high‑velocity role where you’ll shape product direction from day one.

• Own new product areas end‑to‑end — from discovery and solution design through launch and iteration
• Partner deeply with our customers to map workflows, identify opportunities, and define product outcomes
• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap balancing near‑term customer value with long‑term platform leverage
• Build crisp product requirements and narrative context that inspire engineering to build immediately
• Establish, track, and refine success metrics to inform product decisions and prioritize iteration
• Drive toward product‑market fit with rapid experimentation and tight customer feedback loops

• Experience building data‑intensive products, analytics platforms, or AI/ML platforms
• B2B SaaS experience with enterprise software
• Track record of shipping:
  You’ve built 0‑1 products and have the scars to prove it
• Bias for action:
  You’d rather ship and learn than debate and delay
• Customer obsession:
  You’ll hop on a call or plane to understand a user’s workflow
• Technical fluency:
  You can sketch architecture diagrams and debug with engineers
• Data‑driven instincts:
  You validate fast but trust your gut when needed
• Strong product judgment:
  You know when to validate with data and when to trust instincts
• Clear communication:
  You align a team in a 5‑minute standup, not a 50‑slide deck
• Comfort with ambiguity:

  You’ve probably built your own projects on nights and weekends

We welcome product managers with ~5–10+ years of experience. We care less about years and more about your ability to deliver impact. If you’ve taken products from zero to one, moved metrics that matter, and thrive in the creative, fast‑paced energy of early‑stage building — we want to meet you.

• Healthcare or financial domain expertise (or curiosity and drive to dive deeply, quickly into new domains)
• Built ML/AI products – and are passionate about staying close to the frontier of emerging capabilities (e.g. MCP tooling, context engineering, semantic layers, evals, agentic architectures, etc).
• Technical background – or can rapidly whip up your own prototypes
• Previous founder or startup experience where you wore 5+ hats simultaneously
• War stories about shipping against impossible deadlines
