Location: New York
Intermediate Architect / Designer – WRNS Studio, New York Studio
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, develop and detail projects of medium to large scope, with significant responsibility, under minimal supervision
- Internalize architectural concepts and translate into built form
- Collaborate effectively with teams of designers, engineers and technicians
- Oversee and mentor junior staff
- Explore relevant subject area, define scope, select items for investigation, and develop novel concepts and methods
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with strong technical skills
- Experience in medium to large scale projects
- Experience with engineer consultant coordination
- Experience in construction phase
- Professional Degree in Architecture (BArch / MArch)
The position is expected to work on-site. Collaboration, communication, continuous learning, productivity and innovation rely on in‑person interaction.
Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is between $85,000 – $110,000. Compensation decisions include a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and education.
