As the US Design Manager, your role is critical in executing and overseeing the creation and design of various ad formats (preferably for video and display) while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will manage direct reports, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and actively engage in client interactions. Your expertise in revenue reporting and forecasting will be essential in driving business growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What you’ll be doing:

  • Uphold a high standard of design quality, ensuring that all deliverables align with client requirements and guidelines, as well as industry best practices.
  • Manage and optimize the design team's workflow, ensuring efficient collaboration, effective resource allocation, and ensure smooth campaign delivery every time.
  • Contribute to creative meetings, workshops & RFP responses, able to pitch and speak to clients confidently.
  • Building relationships with account leads and sales to build out campaign pipeline.
  • Ability to report and forecast revenue for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with platforms & partners.
  • A keen eye for designing in Celtra, Photoshop and Front-end Design.
  • Designing and building cross-device, unique creative HTML 5 standard IAB Banners and skins.
  • Build prototypes and demos for new or existing products.
  • Creating custom solutions for client requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience managing a direct report, project workflows, and operations-oriented duties.
  • Proficient in Celtra and Adobe Creative Suite – especially expert photoshop knowledge.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management and communicate transparently with internal and external teams.
  • Direct experience with internal revenue reporting and forecasting.
  • Understanding of how to support commercial teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to demonstrate a real passion for what you do, and eager to exercise creative freedom.

COMPENSATION

The annual compensation range for the Creative Studio Lead role in New York, New York is $100,000 - $112,000. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
