Payments might seem slick for consumers, but 100 trillion dollars of global B2B commerce still runs on the manual labor of millions of people in finance teams around the world. It’s been this way forever. That’s because it’s a messy communication and negotiation problem. One that computers couldn’t solve. Until now.

We’re building an AI partner for finance teams that manages their receivables like a human would. Well, how they would if they worked on getting the business paid 24/7, never forgot anything and read every message ever sent to them.

We’re a small team with big ambitions, backed by funding from top-tier VCs including General Catalyst (early backers of companies like Stripe and Airbnb) and Cherry Ventures.

We’re looking for our first full-time product designer. We’re not afraid to be different with our brand and we’re figuring out how a new type of AI worker should collaborate with its human colleagues, so Design will be central to Lunos as we grow.

• You have a minimum of five years of experience as a product designer in tech
• You have prior experience in start-ups
• You get energy from real-time collaboration. If your ideal flow is disappearing for a week to refine designs alone, this isn't the place. We think the best ideas come from bouncing and building, not presenting polished decks.
• You’re relentless and love working in a fast-paced environment
• You care more about the problem than your pixels
• Have experience in AI, fintech or enterprise software

We prize product velocity, so we’d love it if you’re comfortable enough making smaller UI changes yourself that you can see ways we can be better and make it happen yourself on the spot.
