Our client is one of New York’s most prolific and enduring architectural firms that specializes in high-end residential, commercial, mixed-use, affordable housing, assisted and senior living facilities, public and institutional developments.

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with exceptional skills willing to work in a fast-paced environment and in-office setting.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 7+ years professional experience with a focus on high-rise multifamily projects
• LEED AP preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge in Revit and Bluebeam
• Thorough attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Report directly to the Partner in charge, lead the assigned team.
• Manage project to include but not limited to towers, podium or parking.
• May manage the casino, hotel, vertical circulation, egress facades, parking, restaurants, etc. as assigned by the Partner in charge.
• Oversees production of construction documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Plan and develop project scope.
• Ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
• Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings and the likes.
