Project Architect​/Project Manager

Project Architect / Project Manager – BKSK Architects, LLP – New York, NY, full‑time – $95,000–$115,000 annually.

We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect / Project Manager with 8‑10 years of experience, a passion for high‑quality design, strong technical capabilities, and a collaborative work style. The position involves design, documentation, production, project management duties, and may include construction administration.

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 8‑10 years of architectural experience (NYC‑based experience preferred).
• NY Architecture License.
• Strong design skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant programs.
• Experience in sustainable design and building performance (CPHC/LEED/Well accreditation a plus).
• Experience with all phases of project development from schematic design through construction.
• Ability to work on multiple project typologies.
• Motivated self‑starter who works well in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team members, consultants and clients.
