Senior Graphic Designer

Our client, a leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their collaborative marketing team in New York, NY
. This is a full-time, hybrid position operating Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and working Tuesday–Thursday onsite
. This position starts as a 4-month contract opportunity
. The role supports a wide range of projects, including business development pitches, client-facing presentations, and branded materials for one of the most recognized names in commercial real estate. This is an excellent opportunity for a visual storyteller with a strong background in presentation design and a proactive, communicative working style. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of experience and a portfolio that showcases high-quality PowerPoint and InDesign work.

• Collaborate with marketing managers and specialists to develop client presentations, pitch decks, and business development materials
• Communicate regularly and proactively with team members to share project status and updates
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging visual formats
• Work independently and alongside another Senior Graphic Designer as part of a 7-person team
• Support new business initiatives and ongoing client relationships through impactful design
• Manage time effectively across multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven projects

• 5–10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on presentation and marketing collateral
• High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable working on Macs and using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication and organization skills—must be comfortable over communicating when needed
• Open to candidates with a high school diploma or college degree—experience and design quality are most important

• Experience with motion graphics or animation tools
• Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry or related fields
• Ability to add value to brand storytelling and visual strategy discussions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment
