Larkin Agency Staffing is proud to represent a long-established, fee-for-service specialty dental practice seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to join its clinical team. This is not a traditional assisting role. The ideal candidate brings strong experience — or the ability to quickly master — the following:

• Restorative, aesthetic/cosmetic, and implant dentistry
• Digital radiography and CBCT imaging
• Advanced dental materials, sequencing, and clinical workflows
• High-level clinical photography
• Modern dental technology and practice management software
• Meaningful contribution to treatment planning discussions

• Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays
• Office Hours | 7:45 AM - 5 PM
• 32–45 hours per week
• $36–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience and professional maturity
