Soul Dental, located in Manhattan, NY, is seeking a dedicated Dental Customer Service Representative to join our passionate team. As a Soul Dental Representative, you will play a crucial role in being a liaison between patients, insurance carriers, and the Dental Front Desk Patient Care Coordinators. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the front desk team to verify insurance coverage and check eligibility for patients at Soul Dental in Manhattan, NY.
  • Assist patients by communicating information about their insurance status and upcoming appointments in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to address any questions or concerns related to patient eligibility.
  • Engage with insurance carriers to discuss and clarify patient explanation of benefits efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
  • Must have at least 1 year of prior experience working as a customer service representative in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Key competencies include having U.S. work Authorization and a Flexible Schedule.
Compensation

$17 - $19 hourly
