By allowing dental offices to responsibly leverage and integrate AI into their daily workflows, Operaitor’s mission is to increase productivity, reduce administrative burden for dental teams, and help patients experience simpler, more accessible dentistry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role will involve:

  • Generating outbound pipeline and qualified leads
  • Making cold outreach and booking demos with dental practices
  • Learning how real healthcare sales work (gatekeepers, office managers, doctors)
  • Helping shape our go-to-market motion as we grow
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage thoughtfully with dental practices
  • Experience or strong interest in cold outreach and lead generation
  • Strong commitments in Business Development to support growth initiatives and improve market presence
  • Comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and learning to navigate gatekeepers and decision makers
  • Proactive attitude along with adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or technology sector is beneficial
  • Curious, coachable, and committed, with an interest in learning B2B SaaS sales
