Dental Office Receptionist​/Front Desk Clerk

Receptionist Front Desk Position in Dental Office in lower Manhattan (Chinatown) area. Part time and Full time position available.

• Willing to train.
• Must be patient-oriented, friendly, and personable.
• Must show proficient skills in customer service.
• Able to Speak Chinese PREFERRED (Mandarin, Cantonese).
• Hardworking, proficient in typing, proficient in the use of the internet.
• The position involves greeting patients, making appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, discussing treatment with patients and doctors, and understanding insurance and date entry.
