General Dentist

We are a long-established, family-owned dental practice in the Great Kills neighborhood of Staten Island, NY, and we are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. Our practice is known for its warm, personal approach and our loyal patient base, many of whom have trusted us with their care for years. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early-career dentist looking for mentorship, stability, and a supportive clinical environment.

About

the Role

As our General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in a practice that values quality, integrity, and long-term relationships. You’ll step into a fully staffed, well-run environment with experienced assistants, hygienists, and front-office personnel. All equipment, materials, and systems are already in place, allowing you to focus fully on patient care.

What We Offer
  • A stable, long-standing practice with a strong patient base
  • Supportive team culture with experienced staff
  • Full clinical autonomy within a trusted family practice
  • Modern, efficient systems (we use Curve Hero; prior experience not required)
  • A great location in the heart of Great Kills, easily accessible for local residents and commuters
Ideal Candidate
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and an active New York dental license (or eligibility)
  • New graduates welcome — we value attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
  • Patient-focused and personable, with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable performing routine general dentistry procedures
  • Motivated to build long-term relationships with patients and become part of the community
  • Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with support staff
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, fillings, crowns, preventive care, and treatment planning
  • Deliver a warm, personalized experience aligned with our family-practice culture
  • Communicate clearly with patients to educate and discuss treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Collaborate closely with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff
