OverviewOur private dental office is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team in Old Brookville, NY! As the initial point of contact, you will have the chance to create positive patient experiences by welcoming our guests and making them your top priority. We emphasize teamwork and strive to provide our staff with a collaborative and supportive environment. If you have a niche for customer service and meet our qualifications below, apply today!
Compensation- $25 - $30 an hour based on experience
- Full-time
- Mondays, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Tuesdays, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Wednesdays, 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
- Thursdays, off
- Fridays, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Alternating Saturdays, 7:30 am - 2:00 pm
- Office is fee-for-service, however will submit claims on patient's behalf
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- PTO and paid holidays
- 401(k) options
- 2+ years of experience in a dental front office setting
- Experience with scheduling, billing, submitting claims, and patient concierge
- Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
- Entry level
