Physician Analyst

Health Course is an educational technology and analytics company focused on health professional education and research. The Company creates innovative learning platforms to enhance clinician engagement and the impact of educational programs on practice behavior.

This is a full time position for a Physician Analyst, although part time roles will be considered. We are seeking a licensed physician to analyze and interpret data from healthcare educational programs. This role involves reviewing program results, identifying trends, and providing clinical insights that will help direct future educational programs. This person will also have an active role in planning and developing new programs and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure educational initiatives are effective and aligned with identified practice gaps.

• Review program data and participant feedback, including both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Formulate supportable insights and observations based on this review.
• Provide clinical perspective to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Discuss findings with course faculty and other subject matter experts.
• Summarize insights for leadership and content teams.
• Present findings to stakeholders.
• Plan future educational programs, including the creation of content outlines, assessments, and discussion guides.

• Medical degree is required (MD or DO).
• Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
• Ability to understand and communicate complex clinical data
• Ability to collaborate with clinical experts and stakeholders
• Experience in assessing and measuring educational program effectiveness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with data reporting and AI tools
• Experience in medical education is a plus
