• Salary: $200000 – 300000 / Year
• Location-Specific Offers and Sign-On Bonuses:
  Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
• Provide excellent quality of care for all patients while upholding high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions; discuss treatment planning options with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of budget and work with Operations to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental teams.
• Stay current with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
