Dentist Associate:
Pediatric Experience Upstate New York — PDS Management Services, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with pediatric experience to join a fast-paced, high-productivity practice in Upstate New York (Malone area, near the Canadian border). The role offers strong earning potential and comprehensive support within a provider-first DSO.

• Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care and comprehensive exams.
• Educate children and families on oral health and preventive care.
• Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and related pediatric procedures.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records (HIPAA).
• Collaborate with dental assistants and office staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Active New York Dental License.
• Strong foundation in pediatric dentistry and treatment planning.
• Experience with Dentrix and electronic health records (preferred).
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Avg. earnings: $1,800–$3,000 per day; up to approximately $475,000 per year.
• Compensation basis: percentage of production with bi-weekly payouts; true-up not based on collections.
• Sign-on bonus up to $12,000 (based on specialty and days/week).
• Housing allowance: $1,000/month.
• Vehicle stipend: $500/month.
• Student loan repayment program (dependent on HRSA/NHSC/PCSC eligibility).
• Relocation allowance up to $10,000 (based on originating city).
• Visa sponsorship: comprehensive legal fees & USCIS costs for eligible foreign-trained dentists.
• Clinical and administrative support: four-handed dentistry, robust leadership structure.
• Fast Start option available for NY Medicaid  via Locums Tenes arrangement; 60–90 days to credentialing.
• Work-life balance: standard hours with no mandatory weekend or on-call requirements.
