Role Description - Customer Success (Large‑Scale/Enterprise Financial Reporting)This is a full‑time role based in New York, NY for Customer Success focused on Enterprise Systems. The Customer Success professional will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by serving as the point of contact for the accounting teams of Speakeasy clients. Responsibilities include offering responsive customer support, addressing and resolving inquiries, reconciling client financial reporting, and fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications- Strong customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to think systematically and be comfortable interacting with LLMs and efficiency optimizing tools
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with enterprise‑level clients
- Proficiency with enterprise/hospitality accounting systems (Oracle Micros, Agilysys (Info Genesis), and related technologies is preferred
- Experience in the live entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
- CPA (preferred - not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Hybrid environment in New York City -- open to remote candidates
- $70,000-$90,000 salary (experience dependent)
