Role OverviewDOGPOUND is seeking a polished, performance-driven Client Service Associate for our West Hollywood location.
This is not a traditional front desk role. We are hiring a high-caliber professional who understands luxury hospitality, strategic follow-through, and elevated member experience.

This role requires someone who contributes immediate value, takes initiative, and upholds elite standards without being managed step-by-step.
Core Responsibilities Lead Engagement & CRM Execution- Own daily lead follow-up and pipeline activity within Hub Spot with discipline and precision.
- Execute outbound outreach with confidence and structured follow-through.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, every interaction logged, every opportunity tracked.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to support conversion and retention initiatives.
- Confidently communicate DOGPOUND membership offerings and support the conversion process.
- Assist in delivering seamless onboarding experiences, including timely execution of new member perks.
- Support membership retention through proactive communication and re-engagement.
- Deliver polished, five‑star service across phone, text, email, and in‑studio interactions.
- Maintain composure and professionalism in high‑profile environments.
- Resolve member inquiries with urgency, discretion, and structured follow-through.
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards at the front desk and throughout shared spaces.
- Ensure studio areas remain organized, stocked, and visually refined.
- Represent the DOGPOUND brand with professionalism, confidence, and precision at all times.
Full-time role averaging 35–40 hours per week, including weekend and closing coverage:
- Wednesday 5:30 am - 1 pm
- 3–5+ years of experience in luxury fitness, private member clubs, concierge services, or high‑end hospitality environments.
- Experience working with discerning, influential, or high‑profile clientele strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Hub Spot, Mindbody, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication skills, polished, articulate, and composed under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, operating with structured, Type‑A precision.
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as required in a luxury service environment.
