Job Description
Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and love creating great customer experiences? Mellow Bar is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our salon. This role is essential in ensuring our clients feel cared for and our daily operations run seamlessly.Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and set the tone for their visit
• Manage appointments: scheduling, confirming, and answering questions
• Handle check-in/check-out and process payments with accuracy
• Keep the reception area tidy and inviting
• Share information about salon services, promotions, and policies
• Help monitor inventory levels and restock when needed
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required (4th day is flexible)
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, client-focused attitude
• Comfortable handling transactions and using POS systems
• Must be available at least one weekend day per week
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs if needed
• Interest in the beauty/wellness industry and client care
