What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own customer happiness and retention, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives
  • Guide customers through a customized journey towards successful product adoption and desired business outcomes
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address challenges to maximize product value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven track record of 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a B2B organization
  • Experience managing large, complex customers in IT/OT environments
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business strategies for executive stakeholders
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify key champions and areas for expansion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in-person
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-learner and self-starter, capable of becoming a product expert and customer advocate
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
