What You’ll Do- Assist customers with questions, orders, and account information
- Provide friendly and professional support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Work closely with team members and supervisors
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and punctual
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a PLUS — but not required!
- Competitive hourly pay ($18–$24/hr based on performance)
