Location: New York

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on, operationally focused role where success is measured by speed, accuracy, and client confidence
, rather than revenue quotas or renewals. You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless execution, timely support, and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate support
  • Manage client requests and workflows with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Track, prioritize, and resolve client issues using help desk/ticketing systems
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Monitor and improve processes to enhance speed and accuracy
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients
Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Operations, Project Management, or Technical Support
  • Experience in startup or small‑company environments preferred
  • Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Pylon, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on execution and problem‑solving
