Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities include interacting with customers & sales team via phone and email, ensuring customer orders are entered and processed timely and accurately and any issue resolved promptly.
Qualifications- Experience with in the Footwear industry preferred
- Proficiency in maintaining excellent Customer Experience and managing customer relationships
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective communication abilities
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- Familiarity with ERP tools and Microsoft 365 a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
