Customer Service

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers – we value their commitment to exceptional customer service, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist our customers through the ordering process.

Get Paid to Talk!

In addition to providing exceptional customer service through order taking, our CSRs gain valuable experience by assisting with in‑store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. CSRs earn a base hourly pay of $16.00.

Great Hours!

CSRs work primarily on weekends and in the evenings. It is an ideal after‑school, second, summer, or part‑time job. Schedules are flexible and we always try to work with you.

Opportunities

As a CSR you have an excellent opportunity to learn the in‑store side of the business and eventually move into management. Domino’s Pizza promotes from within – many General Managers started as drivers or CSRs. This role can lead to our Management Development Program.

To apply for a Customer Service position at Domino’s Pizza, you must be at least 18 years old and have excellent communication skills. Some computer experience is helpful. We are looking for applicants who can work in a fast‑paced team environment.
