Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in New York, NY. This on-site role involves fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention strategies. Key responsibilities include addressing client needs, analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, and cultivating enduring partnerships. The Customer Success Manager will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences and measurable solutions.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure excellent experiences and address client needs effectively
  • Strong Customer Retention and Relationship Building abilities to manage and sustain long-term client partnerships
  • Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and identifying areas of improvement
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution is essential
  • Experience in the staffing, consulting, or technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in New York, NY
