We are seeking a Customer Success & Sales Agent to build lasting relationships with our clients and support them throughout their purchase journey. This role requires a balance of communication skills, empathy, and commercial awareness to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Guide clients through inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our collections and materials.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Collect and share customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales preferred.
- High degree of professionalism, empathy, and reliability.
