Client Service I Representative – Device Maintenance

Responsible for prompt delivery of on‑site work assignments, providing customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and verbal communication.
- Maintain strong focus on providing good customer service.
- Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Perform tasks that may include copy/print production, copier maintenance, mail/courier services, reception/office services, shipping/receiving, inventory services, warehouse, file room/records file services based on assigned location.
- Attend cross‑functional training to enable coverage when short‑staffed.
- Site responsibility and coverage location may change based on client and/or division needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at customer location.
- Follow daily established maintenance processes and procedures.
- Maintain routine upkeep of equipment: cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner and loading paper.
- Evaluate equipment issues and notify service department if unable to resolve.
- Deliver paper when required.
- Assist end‑users in basic functionality of equipment.
- Record meter reads.
- Maintain service activity reports.
- Monitor supplies and restock inventory.

In accordance with applicable law we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role: $17.20 to $23.37 per hour.
This position will support customers at site locations in Manhattan, NY.
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
- Basic computer skills / technical knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customer’s premises.
