The Head of Onboarding owns the post‑sale motion from contract signed through the first month. This is a high‑touch, high‑visibility role that blends customer success, implementation, and strategic account leadership.

Job SummaryAs an Implementation Specialist at Henry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new accounts. This is not a basic role that you follow with a script. The person who succeeds here will have extremely high EQ, next‑level organizational skills, technical prowess, and a determination to do everything in their power to make a customer successful.
You will be the primary point of contract for guiding customers through the initial stages of product adoption and ensuring they are actively using and familiar with the product within the first month. This is arguably the most important role in the entire company.
- Manage the end to end onboarding process for all new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to Henry AI.
- Interpret problems before the customer can even call them out to make sure there is no room for the customer to fail. Watch the logs, do the hand holding, build the relationship, whatever it takes.
- Educate customers on the most important product features and, more importantly, what it takes to be successful as a customer on Henry.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the product team to enhance the onboarding process.
- 3‑7 years of experience in sales, customer success or implementation roles.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding customers in a high‑velocity environment.
- Take pride in the Henry AI platform like it’s your own.
- You have a killer instinct with an obsession to win.
- Extreme communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and build your own processes without hand holding.
- Familiarity with AI products is a plus.
