Overview
Location:
7900 Northfield Rd - Walton Hills (OH)
- Placing customer’s order over the phone.
- Process returns paperwork.
- Contact and maintain regular and prospective customers and explain product features.
- Following leads from existing clients.
- Handling customers payment and our drivers.
- Office admin
- Minimum 2-year experience as customer service.
- High school diploma.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint are mandatory skills.
- Valid driving license with clean driver’s abstract (Optional)
- Must know how to use a computer and type efficiently
- Starts from $18-20/Hour
