  Maximize parking space using strategy, awareness, and quick decision-making
• 😄 Deliver and reinforce top-tier guest service

  Assign staff workstations based on attendance and needs throughout the day
• 📣 Communicate continuously with office staff and management about parking volume
• 🌊 Keep the parking lot running like a well-oiled (and well hydration!) machine

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills
• Strong guest service mindset
  -you set the tone for the whole day
• Ability to lead confidently and support a diverse team
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Can stay calm, organized, and effective under pressure
• Skilled at multi-tasking and quick problem-solving
• Supervisory experience required
• Must be 18+ to meet shift requirements
