A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Team Manager to lead their US Customer Success team in New York. This role combines leadership with direct customer engagement, ensuring client onboarding and satisfaction. You will manage a team, address customer issues, and enhance onboarding processes. Proven experience in managing customer-facing teams and excellent communication skills are essential.

A background in Architecture, Design, or Prop Tech is preferred, and additional language skills are a plus.
