Special Touch Home Care is looking for a dedicated bilingual Bengali/English Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating the application and onboarding process for our services. • Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support.
• Guide individuals through accurate registration and completion of applications.
• Provide updates on application status and help resolve any pending documentation issues.
• Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution of client needs.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record management.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic office environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fluent in both Bengali and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM/EMR systems).

• $19.50/hour pay.
• 35–39 hours per week.
