• Conduct background checks and social media investigations to support claims
• Provide investigative support to SIU investigators and claim representatives
• Act as a liaison with other carriers for immunity requests and prepare necessary documentation
• Assist with various SIU projects, including data analysis and claim file reviews
• Maintain an ongoing inventory tracking of assignments and statuses

• 1+ years of insurance experience and/or adjuster's license or research field work experience
• 5+ years of experience with MS Office products
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient knowledge of insurance claims handling processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Strong typing skills and the ability to manage sensitive information
• Experience working independently as well as in a team environment
