Overview
Optical Office in the Bronx is seeking the ideal Front Desk Receptionist to join and lead a team of highly dedicated and skilled staffs. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding customer service with proven track record of sales growth and accountability for results. Join team regarding accountability for profit and loss, including superior customer service. Act as liaison between technicians and customer service to provide centralized communications.
Demonstrate ability to deliver outstanding customer service during direct interaction with customers. Provide excellent customer service with an emphasis on patient satisfaction. Maintain patient schedule to maximum capacity. Make sure inventory coming in is accounted for. Assist with resolving customer complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money and adjusting bills. Handle customer complaints and conflicts. Guaranteed positive customer experiences and resolved all customer complaints.
Verify patients insurance eligibility and co-pays. Call and confirm patients, rescheduling patients. Answer phone and direct calls. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Benefits:
