We are a busy, community-focused insurance agency in Staten Island looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to support our front desk operations. This role is perfect for a college student or someone looking to gain professional office experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
• Assist clients with payments and basic service needs
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Make outbound calls to help schedule policy review appointments
• Support the team with light administrative and office tasks
• Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming front-office experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
• Basic computer skills (training provided)
• Prior office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
