This role is perfect for a polished travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of global air and hotel products, and excels at delivering bespoke travel experiences for high-value clients.
Responsibilities- Proposal Preparation – research and create tailored proposals for domestic/international airfare reservations
- Booking Management – manage and coordinate all aspects of luxury travel bookings
- Client Service – provide outstanding service throughout the entire travel planning process
- Sales Support – assist in achieving sales goals by promoting luxury travel packages
- Itinerary Optimization – customize and refine complex travel itineraries to meet premium travelers’ unique expectations
- Must have 5 years’ experience working as a VIP/Luxury Leisure Travel agent
- Advanced GDS proficiency using Sabre or Amadeus (including ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and international faring)
- Degree or training in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of international itineraries and rate structures
- Proven experience supporting premium travelers with high-touch, personalized service
- Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and conscientious work ethic
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive, initiative-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities
