Front Desk Representative – Fresh Pond Physical Therapy
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet them, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. We seek a friendly, service‑oriented professional with a cheerful disposition, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask.

- Greet patients as they arrive and provide excellent customer experience
- Answer insurance phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general patient services and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services
- One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiarity with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi‑tasking skills
