We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, greet them as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

• Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer insurance phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general patient services and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services

• One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
