NYPRS – Express DMV Services in Long Island City is hiring full‑time Operations Team Members to assist with daily DMV and insurance‑related tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, customer‑oriented, and fluent in English and either Spanish or French. No prior DMV experience? No problem — paid training is provided! Shift: Day shift.

Work Location:

In person.

• Handle daily DMV service tasks and back‑office operations.
• Scan, verify, and organize customer documents.
• Process basic insurance paperwork.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in‑person and over the phone.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.

• Fluency in English (required).
• Fluency in Spanish or French (required).
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn — training provided.
