• Provide multilingual support as needed, assisting both English-speaking and bilingual clients.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.

• Proven experience in client services or customer support roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
