A leading content management company is seeking a Customer Success Manager in New York. You will work with Federal customers to onboard them successfully and drive product adoption. Responsibilities include managing post-sales activities, developing success plans, and identifying growth opportunities. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in customer success roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
A Bachelor's degree is required, and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
