Job Description

Domino’s Pizza in Columbia, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3102 Green Meadows Way location. As a key member of our customer‑focused organization, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking phone calls and in‑person orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and other forms of payment
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store’s cleanliness standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and a problem‑solving attitude
  • Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Detail‑oriented approach to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
