Call Center Representative – Rensselaer, NY (ON SITE) – Full Time

We er's Health Partners care for many people. This high-volume call center position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments in accordance with protocol.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on company criteria.
• Enter new patient data into computer system.
• Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on policy changes.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Follow up with customers where necessary.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

• Multiple phone line experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem analysis and problem solving.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• Customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and multitasking.
• Bi‑lingual speaking is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and self‑motivation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Pay Range: $17.50 – $21.80 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
