Community Healthcare Network – Full‑Time Call Center Specialist

Community Healthcare Network is seeking a Full‑Time Call Center Specialist who will be responsible for clear communication with callers and provide assistance that produces customer satisfaction.

• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner at all times.
• Ensure that all calls are handled in an expedited and efficient manner accurately and courteously.
• Use professional language and grammar, avoiding slang and lingo.
• Maintain an upbeat tone of voice when responding to customers throughout the entire call.
• Schedule appointments based on availability and continuity of care, verify insurance information, update demographics, and inform patients of necessary documentation for health center visits.
• Provide basic information regarding CHN Health Centers, directions, and all available services.
• Assess/troubleshoot caller needs and transfer calls to the appropriate staff within the department as needed.
• Confirm the purpose of the call, paraphrase and ask pertinent questions to ensure concerns are addressed.
• Convey ownership of the call and offer appropriate options for resolution to reduce call backs from the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of related healthcare experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
