Romeo Auto Group is seeking a driven, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with service and body shop teams
• Provide updates on vehicle service status and answer customer inquiries
• Navigate and utilize multiple software programs to support daily operations
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in automotive service or body shop preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable using multiple software systems
• Team player with a positive attitude
