You are expected to provide the best and most pleasant service to our residents, demonstrating great hospitality towards tenants. We seek reliable individuals with a moderately flexible schedule. Part-time positions are initially available, with the possibility of full-time employment.

While experience in Hospitality is appreciated, it is not required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting tenants and guests at the front desk
• Answering phones
• Tracking visitors and maintaining the log-in book for contractors
• Communicating with tenants and maintaining tenant relations
• Writing up tenant work tickets
• Effective communication via phone and in person
• Accepting and distributing mail and courier packages for tenants
• Availability on call during nights and weekends

Qualifications:

• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Proven experience as a Door Person in a corporate, customer service, or professional environment
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Physical strength and stamina to be on your feet all day
