Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service and Fulfillment Associate to support our growing operations. This dual-role position combines customer service and order fulfillment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and accurate, efficient order processing. This role directly contributes to our mission by supporting healthcare providers and individuals who rely on our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and a customer management platform.
• Assist with order inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Enter purchase orders and prepare shipments using Ship Station and other tools.
• Fulfill orders for Amazon, website sales, business-to-business (B2B), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
• Manage inventory, including receiving incoming shipments and processing outgoing orders.
• Accurately create and process invoices.

Qualifications
Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email and phone etiquette.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

• Previous customer service or order fulfillment experience.
• Familiarity with shipping tools like Ship Station and CRM platforms (training provided).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• On-site role in our Sunrise, FL office and warehouse.
• Physical tasks include lifting packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
